Holiday lifesavers

Since mine and Callums birthdays are only a week apart we decided to treat ourselves to a cheeky little trip to Disneyland Paris for a few days. I'm quite the "Every Eventuality"
kind of packer, and getting to Eurostar there meant there wasn't so many luggage weight restrictions making life a whole lot easier. These are the bits I always carry in my hand luggage and proceeded to take around Disney for "just incase" situations.

  • Perfume - I always like to have perfume with me for a quick freshen up especially after a long journey.
  • Hair grips & Hair Bands - I hate having my hair down and in my face when travelling so popping a few of these in a bag always comes in handy.
  • Hand Cream - This mini Soap & Glory hand cream is my current favourite. It's a non-greasy formula and sinks into skin so quickly. AND it smells like marshmallows, amazing!
  • Face Spray - With running around Disneyland all day a face spray like this Body Shop one is such a pick me up. If I'm feeling a little tired it instantly makes me feel more awake and is such a nice pick me up.
  • SPF Lip Balm - I always opt for an SPF Lip Balm these days. A couple of years ago I ended up with burnt lips on holiday and it's not something I wish to repeat. Even if you don't use and SPF year round it's an especially good idea to do so on holiday.
  • Hand Sanitiser - Hand sanitiser is a must for me when it comes to public transport. I have a hidden stash of these Bath & Body works ones at home, their scents are absolutely amazing and they have such a variety.
  • Painkillers (In tin) - Im part of the headache club when the sun creeps out so always make sure to carry painkillers, you never know when one's going to hit and don't want it messing with your holiday.
  • Blister plasters - As we were off to Disneyland I knew there would be lots of walking involved with new shoes I'm always quite blister prone & there's nothing worse than sore feet on holiday.

Handily enough these all fit in a clear sealable bag so that if we had been flying it would have passed flight liquid restrictions.

What are your holiday travel essentials?
